Here at Slay Addictz we pride ourselves on producing high quality product but we understand sometime thing don’t work out. So we will be glad to accept your return.
Returns/ Exchanges
- Merchandise must be returned within 7 days after delivery confirmation
- Please make sure you inform Slay Addictz via email before returning your items. slayaddictz.info@gmail.com
- Merchandise must be unused, damage free and in original packaging.
- Please make sure to include your invoice sheet in the package when shipping back your items
- Any items marked “Slay Sale”, “Clearance” or “Final Sale”, cannot be returned.
- All Candles are Final Sale!!
- All cosmetics/beauty product are Final Sale!!
- Refunds only No Exchanges!! If you would like a different item, just please place another order.
Additional Information:
- Slay Addictz is not responsible for any shipping cost on returns or exchanges unless the item you received is incorrect item.
- Slay Addictz is not responsible for any items damaged during shipping. Those claims are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. if you have an issue with a damage package please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
- Once we receive your items your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your same form of payment.
